St. Patrick’s Day, a national holiday in Ireland, is an annual feast day celebrating the most commonly recognized patron saint of Ireland.  It’s less than a week away – but I’m ready!

Although I’m not Irish St. Patrick’s Day provides a great excuse for hosting a theme dinner.   It may not be considered a feast since it only dinner for two – but my table is certainly green, and fun and festive.  I hope it inspires you to enjoy a bit o’fun too!
