With only a few days left until Valentine’s Day, I’ve been thinking about making a romantic dinner for my honey. He’s not a big candy eater but he does love cinnamon red hots. Using heart shaped red hots as my inspiration I’ve created this setting for a romantic “Red Hot” dinner for two.

A red and white Valentine's Day table for two.

Red hots fill a heart shaped glass bowl containing tea lights to set the mood.

A red charger holds white dishes topped with a touch of gold and red hots to continue the theme.

A gold leaf cupid spreader adds a bit of glitz to the red charger and white dishes.

We'll share a little heart to heart across the table.
A shiny red charger holds a white dinner and salad plate topped with a gold leaf cupid spreader, perfect for individual servings of butter. Cupid’s golden color carries over into the glass heart shaped ornaments at each place setting. Tea lights tucked into a bed of red hots in a heart shaped glass bowl reflect across the crystal, sliver and golden touches of the table setting. Scattered heart shaped red hots spread the love…and provide a sweet ending after the meal!
