Love all those colourful pillows. Funny enough, I have a pillow out on my wicker chair on the porch, that is the same as the front one in the BHG photo at the bottom. I bought it as a place mat from Pier One, and opened it and stuffed it. Too funny. Glad to know my taste in pillows it up to par! LOL. Thanks for sharing all those pics.
I have a thing for pillows – particularly changing them with the seasons.
Love the post and the wonderful pics.
.-= Renee Mueller´s last blog ..Not Sooooo Girly! =-.
I love, l o v e, LOVE pillows and use them on just abougt everything but the kitchen sink. Switching them around for the seasons just gives me a lift. Currently, I’m using my “old” neck scarves to pin on some pillows and attaching with my “old” brooches. I’m feeling better already….
Terrie & Cindy, Love this article, especially as it applies to window seats
! I get so paralyzed when I have to make a choice beyond my comfort zone, which I acknowledge is a pretty small box. I’m very predictible and use the pillows that come with the sofa–my “bold” move is to buy a pair of solid, blend-in, safe pillows that won’t make a statement–how sad is that! Sigh. Terrie, the inspiration photos are awesome! I’m saving this article to inspire me for the window seat pillows that Cindy encouraged me to consider as I make progress on my window seat
AND to see if I can inch my way out of my box!
Blessings,
Sindy
It’s so great to hear you’re enjoying our posts and finding the information helpful. Go for it with the pillows on your window seat – it’s a good place to take a “risk” and push your personal envelope. It’s not a huge investment either so for a small price you can have a big adventure! Be sure to send photos when you can.
