Nice post!
I don’t have a guest room right now but I’m planning to reserve one in the future. Which is a safe color for guests by the way? Thanks for the tips here. I now have some ideas on how to decorate my future guestroom.

We, too, live on a lake, wineries, etc. Welcome to my world!! I found the “cutest” decanters with a drinking glass top that I always fill with “Britta” water beside each bed table. Also..a cute “mini flashlight!” Fifteen guests staying over and the power goes out….Fun & Games! franki
Great tips, Franki. I leave a flashlight in the top drawer of the nightstand in the guest room. Just have to remember to check the batteries every now and then!
