1- all things markNow that fall is truly underway in most parts of the country, we find ourselves welcoming a color into our home that isn’t usually seen … orange.  Often orange is seen as a seasonal color because it’s so strongly connected with fall and Halloween and Thanksgiving.  However, it can work very well in homes that want a splash of an unexpected color.

Fall Inspiration

First a few fall photos to get your inspired – for the season and for considering using the color in your every day decor.

A bright focal wall in an otherwise neutral space certainly allows the orange to dominate.  The accent chair in the living room brings the color forward so the wall isn’t the only spot of orange.

Coral is a very liveable shade and has all the warmth of orange but without the dominance.  Here it’s paired with gray and white for a sophisticated color scheme.
